By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and understand the company policies
Credit Card Payment
By bank policy we can only ship to the Credit Card's billing address. When you shop online the address is verified, if it does not match you will be asked to provide the correct address.
Payment for Custom, Special orders or Porting Work
If you choose to cancel an order for porting, pistons or machinework after work has begun, 20% of the entire cost will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder will be returned to you.
Special order items are non returnable and non refundable.
Money orders or cashier's checks are preferred. Payments via credit card will be verified through the bank before shipping.
Any payment/deposit on an order that is left without further payments towards the final ticket price will be considered abandoned after 60 days and will be non-refundable.
Any parts left over 30 days without full payment will be held or sold to pay for the balance on the ticket.
Defective Merchandise
Any merchandise found to be defective must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Damages Caused by Part Failures
Redlined Performance Mustangs extends the manufacturer's warranty for part failures, up to and including replacement or reimbursement of the value of failed part. Any subsequent damages are not included.
Refusal of Services
RPM reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone at any time and refund payment at any time.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
No return is accepted without prior authorization/contact through sales. ALL returned merchandise MUST be shipped by a method that provides tracking numbers in case it is lost in transit. No returns or refunds on custom engine packages or complete engine assemblies. No returns or refunds on special order items. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns.

Shipping/Handling
Unless otherwise listed, shipping charges are based on UPS Ground, and include handling/packaging charges. If a different method of shipping is desired, please contact for shipping/handling charges Shipping charges are good for the lower 48 states. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and international are extra.
